Smoothies are for lazy cookers. Not only! I have some difficulties to eat properly in the morning because I’m just not feeling hungry. So it’s a lot easier for me to blend my vitamins and fibers and quickly drink them for keeping me awake the whole day.
Ingredients for one bowl/glass
160g raspberries (I use frozen ones)
110ml grapefruit juice
And that’s already it! Make sure you have a strong blender if you use frozen raspberries. You could also use fresh ones, but I prefer a smoothie being cold.
So put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until a homogen smoothie forms. Pour everything into a glass or bowl and top it with whatever you like to. I used strawberries, apricots and a little desiccated coconut here. Enjoy your liquid breakfast or snack to pick you up!
